diziness and balance problems

Hi all

I actually have CFS. Today I started having some dizziness and balance problems.

This was something I experienced years ago when my CFS first started about 17

years ago. Lately I had been stress dosing because of the flu and I also added

licorice to my regimen. I am wondering why these early CFS symptoms came back.

Are these high cortisol symptoms? I wondered if I am overdosing?Do you have any

idea on what might have changed for me to bring back these early symptoms?

I think I have CFS too.

I get a low grade fever every night, and sore throat once in a while

too. I've been trying to do some reading about it, but don't have

much energy. What confirmed your CFS?

I learned that my adrenals, pituitary and thyroid are all 'burnt

out' 'low'. Isn't CFS basically multiple systems struggling resulting

in low low energy? Sometimes can't it be related to a virus?

Any ideas on what viruses to check for?
