My Dr is doing a 24 hr urine catecholamine and free cortisol test.

I've tried to do some reading on it, but can't make heads or tails.

Can anyone explain what the Dr is trying to find out and what

relationship it has to thyroid and/or adrenals????

(also - you may see this on the sister site. I thought I was here - oops!)
