Guest guest
Before my transplant, my CA19-9 got up as high as 165, and I also had spots on my liver that they suspected might be cancerous. Like you I was pretty worried, even though the doctors decided they didn't think it was cancer. Luckily, it wasn't cancer and I did get a transplant and am doing fine. So try not to panic too much. The kind of news you've gotten isn't encouraging, but it's not conclusive either. I don't know whether they're doing the CC treatment there that has been developed at Mayo clinic, but they have had significant success in treating and transplanting those with CC if it's caught early enough. We'll keep you in our prayers! athan
