Guest guest
When my skin color was best described by comparing it to some brand of mustard and I was awaiting a call to get a transplant, Grant Bingeman was my hero/model. He had a transplant at Baylor on 1-2-96 due to PSC and documented the experience in detail (http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/DrBingo/LIVER.htm). It gave me hope and assurance that it is indeed possible to make it through what is at best a very trying experience. We all need exemplars. I am glad my very brief history could give you some hope for the future, because there are many possibilities for you and all of us here and also many stories more encouraging than mine.
