Guest guest
I'm finally working with an intelligent, compassionate doctor who is RT3 and iodine literate. It's been six years since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, and he's the first doctor to mention RT3 to me. With all the endocrinologists and general MDs I've seen on the path to trying to feeling something like " normal, " no one had informed me of this. I'm producing 27 times more RT3 than T3, and my doc and I are working on a number of things to address this, my nodule, my exhaustion and aches and other issues. I use rosemary and lavender oil for headaches and, when I have to, ibuprofen.Sometimes the headaches are related to my menses, like this week. Sometimes I simply there is no remedy except sleep. What are you doing for your headaches and migraines, and as your RT3 clears, do you notice that you are having fewer headaches?
