Also, a big Thanks to nne for uploading all of those wonderful files. When you all get a chance, go back and read through them. That was perfect timing, nne. The current poll is getting ready to end and 'Tight Pelvic Floor Muscles' seems to be the biggest culprit for many with v.pain!
