Seems like all the new gadgets and technology that comes out is 'supposed' to makes our lives so much better....seems to me like all it does is free up a little time so we can CRAM more things into our schedule! I feel like I'm forever having to prioritize and remind myself of what really matters. Which is taking better care of myself (still working on that one) and enjoying "TIME" with my family and friends. I am so grateful for these groups. I felt for years like I was so alone in my struggles with vulvar pain. Just to be honest, I felt like I was a freak or

something! And I kept thinking how I must be the only one in the world with such strange symptoms. Little did I know just how many out there share my pain. I don't wish these conditions on anyone...but it sure helps me knowing I'm not alone, that somebody out there KNOWS what this kind of stuff is like. I'm so glad we can encourage one another and I pray that we ALL get past the pain. God Bless, ~Chelle
