Guest guest
I know it is too bad they are not being made. I found some old ones online a few years ago, paid 500% more than what they cost new and they don't cook as well (food sticks) as my stainless steel but I am going to try them again to reduce the potential metal toxins. Someone said if you lightly grease the pans or spray with cooking oil before cooking even things in water they are easier to clean. Mercola has some pans for sale that are an enamel or something that is supposedly safe. Cheri -----Original Message----- Cheri, I don't know about glass pans, apparently they aren't being made anymore. I would worry a lot about breakage, as I'm so clumsy. After some thought and research, I chose anodized aluminum. Some people like titanium pans, but those are out of my reach cost wise. I bought all new pans and just packed the SS away. It took some time, but after 3 months I noticed suddenly how much less reactive I was (this is relative of course, LOL!), how much less antihistamine I was having to take. So we got rid of the SS at that point. It was kinda hard, I had some very expensive large stock pots, and an expensive pressure cooker. sol .
