RE: Cooking pans

I know it is too bad they are not being made. I found some old ones online a

few years ago, paid 500% more than what they cost new and they don't cook as

well (food sticks) as my stainless steel but I am going to try them again to

reduce the potential metal toxins. Someone said if you lightly grease the

pans or spray with cooking oil before cooking even things in water they are

easier to clean.

Mercola has some pans for sale that are an enamel or something that is

supposedly safe.

I don't know about glass pans, apparently they aren't being made

anymore. I would worry a lot about breakage, as I'm so clumsy. After

some thought and research, I chose anodized aluminum. Some people like

titanium pans, but those are out of my reach cost wise.

I bought all new pans and just packed the SS away. It took some time,

but after 3 months I noticed suddenly how much less reactive I was

(this is relative of course, LOL!), how much less antihistamine I was

having to take. So we got rid of the SS at that point. It was kinda

hard, I had some very expensive large stock pots, and an expensive

pressure cooker.
