Advice please & New Labs

Haven't posted for a while just to recap

Started SRT3 on 28/3 at 2.5mcg x 2 12hrly [after previous rough start]

Increased to 2.5mcg x 3 [8hrly on Nicks advice]

Been increasing gradually by 2.5mcg on the daytime doses, and only once on the

bedtime dose, so now I am up to:

12.5mcg 6am,

10mcg 2pm,

5mcg 10pm,

next increase 2pm dose, should I increase the 10pm dose to a 1/3rd or 1/4 of

whatever the daytime doses is or leave low.? I feel that I am marginally

sleeping better but still waking up in the night and because my last cortisol

showed low in the AM I am reluctant to increase too much.

I have read that if your temp drops after an increase it can mean adrenals, also

pulse low say's not enough T3 or not getting into cells.

I have noticed with the last couple of increases that my basal temp drops the

next morning, but have increased generally with a range from 36.2 to 36.6, but

after dose drops back to 36 or a bit below, my pulse has always been around mid

60's with an occasional spike up to mid -high 70's, but also drops to low 60's

after dose increase.

Day temps have generally been higher 36.5 to 37.

I'm taking herbal and vitamin support for adrenals [no HC] but have just

recently left out the Withania as I believed it was giving me a lot of Gas, this

has improved slightly.

Could leaving out the Withania be one of the reasons why the temp is now

dropping after the raise, [it did drop previously but not as far]

also taking Rhodiola, Vit C, Multi B, Vit D drops,Vit E Dhea 12.5mg

I'm not getting too much in the way of bad reactions now [no heart palps

etc:like I did before] but have noticed that the day or so after the increase I

get a mild tight feeling in my throat,does this mean I should wait a bit longer

before increasing? I'm going 4-5 days between each raise.

Must add that not seeing any positive signs yet either but I know I'm still on a

very low dose and not much change in Labs.

TSH 1.0 [0.3 -5.0] TSH 1.2

Free T4 10.7 [9.0 -19.00] Free T4 10.8

Free T3 4.8 [2.6 -6.0] Free T3 4.2

RT3 420 [140 -540]

No RT3 this time as costly and doc only allowed to do so many before getting

questioned.!!

Am awaiting results of New Saliva test for Sex Hormones/Dhea/Cortisol, will post

these when they arrive.

Am I ever going to get rid of this RT3 only being able to take small dose

increases at a time?

Will the T3 in turn help the function of the adrenals W/O HC and in time allow

me to increase higher?

I would like to get a few answers so I will be able to discuss this with my doc

on the 25th.
