( Bile Collection, Cystic Dilation ) in Rt. lobe of liver ! treatment ?

Hi there,

In 2005 I had Whipple, Cholecystectomy and Jejunectomy Procedures after

my failed ERCP. but recently a 3 cm diameter infected bile collection

or cystic dilation like a lesion in segment 7 of my liver is reportde

in my ultrasound test.

I'm asked for another C.T Scan for more details as 6 months ago I did a

CT SCAN and it was 2.5 cm diameter with an opinion between cystic

dilation or abscess and infected bile collection.

My doctor said draining can be helpful and stent works for my dilated

interahepatic ducts. but I'm just confused when my radiologist said you

better let it be there after saying some reasons.

I think an exprienced PSCer has more to say about it. so I'm in need of

your consult as soon as possible.
