Guest guest
Bump Subject: Val or Nick, or someone.....To: RT3_T3 Date: Sunday, June 6, 2010, 8:22 PM I don't think I've posted my labs except the t3, ft3 thing to get my ratio. In May they were:Sodium - 139 (range 135-146 mmol/LPotassium - 4.0 (range 3.5 - 5.3 mmol/LFree T4 - 0.9 (range 0.8 - 1.8 ng/dL)Free T3 - 291 (range 230 - 420 pg/dL)RT3 - 27 (range 11 - 32)TSH - 4.52 H miU/LB12 - 429 (range 200 - 1100 pg/mL)Cortisol - Total @ 8:00 a.m. 19.3 mcg/dLThyroglobulin Antibodies - 28H <20 IU/mLAbsolute Eosinophils - 11L (range 15 - 500 cells/uL)RDW - 16.8 H (range 11.0 - 15.0%)Hemoglobin - 13.2 (Range - 11.7 - 15.5 g/dL)I will have my ferritin level next week probably, as well as new ft3, t3, and t4 numbers. I am on b-12 shots each week, and taking approx. 108 mg Bluebonnet Iron per day. I also take hc, 10 mg 9:00 a.m., 7.5 mg noon, 5.00 mg 3:00 p.m. Total 22.5 mg. I also take Vitamin D, probiotic, multi, lots of C, and Pandrenal. In November, my cortisol levels were a little high in the a.m. and noon reading, and just a little bit low in the afternoon and evening reading. I started 7.5 mg Cytomel a.m., and 7.5 mg noon yesterday. ( I have 5 mg tablets until I bet some more in). Does it sound like I'm dosing correctly based on the labs that I have? I plan to go by Nick's protocol for raising the dose. Any suggestions for me?Thanks a million for your patience!Joanie
Guest guest
You may be on a bit too much HC did you titrate the dose by temps? The reason I say this is your sodium is low which the levels you stated don't warrant. SO high coritosl may be lowering aldosterone thus your sodium is a bit too low. I owuld increase sea salt. Everythign else looks fgood for what oyu are doing. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Val, I'm supposed to be doing the seasalt thing. I will start making more of a concentrated effort to do it twice a day! Thanks!
