Guest guest
Lately I am noticing my basal temps change quite a lot depending of the hour I wake up (I believe this is a generally accepted fact). Since I am feeling generally better I am waking up a little earlier lately and then my basals are lower. Sometimes I have to wake up very early because of my work (and usually this means little sleep) and then my basals are very low. Since I am trying to optimize T3 dose after clearance, this confuses me quite a bit because I wonder: which " hour " will give the best reading to use as a reference for optimizing T3 dose? Thanks,
