Guest guest
Do you think that green tea extract has fluoride in it also? My newest multi " Synergy Energy " from Vitacost has 500 mg of " Green Tea Extract (standardized 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins, 45% EGCG)(leaves) " I switched from Synergy Basic 2 because it has Gingko Biloba Extract in it which makes me sleepy. I am having a hard time finding a good gluten free multi without extra stuff that I do not want. Any suggestions? Guest guest
ALL tea has fluoride with the possible exceotion of herbal teas that do not actually contain TEA. Tea only grows on fluoride rich soils so it is in there. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
