Guest guest
I have been in contact with friend of mine ,Chuck Mohan, who founded the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation because of his daughter's diagnosis with Mitochondrial disease in the early nineties. He is helping me sort through what I'm about to go through with my daughter's diagnosis, along with helping with ideas for fundraising, etc. http://www.umdf.org if you care to take a look. Anyway, he wasn't familiar with PSC, but promised to learn about it. In the meantime, he sent me this link about other rare (related?) liver disesaes. http://rarediseasesnetwork.epi.usf.edu/clic/physicians/bad.htm Since I'm still learning about PSC , does anyone have an opinion on this? From what little I know, it seems that this is dealing more with the bile itself, where Urso can be successful, whereas PSC deals more with the ducts themselves. I just thought I'd throw it out there for any responses to help educate myself. thanks george
