Guest guest Posted February 1, 2008 Report Share Posted February 1, 2008 Other good ways to keep weight up on these strict diets is to do lots of butter (raw, if you can get it) and avocado and olive oils - lots of good fats are key, but hard to get into our western diets, which are so anti-fat. I can't eat fresh fruits or anything with vinegar, citrus, tomatoes or soy so that lets out salad dressings too so I'm eating less salads and fruit and gaining more weight from eating carbs and meat. It's driving me nuts.
