Hi, there. I do understand what you mean when you say

that you are allergic to your husband. I have the same

problem. Every time we have sex, I get irritated and

itchy. Even after cleansing thouroughly afterwards. I

have found the best thing is using my steroid ointment

after cleansing after sex. Are you currently using a

topical steroid ointment? I started off using it 2-3x

a day, and tapered off a little each week. I am now

down to once-twice a week. And things are being

controlled nicely. I also use Emu Oil as a lubricant

and when I get out of the tub. It helps a lot.

Hang in there. My husband doesn't completely

understand either- he is often too rough. I just chalk

it up to our " pre-LS " sex life. It was pretty crazy

and I did like it. It seems like it will never get

back to that, but it does get better once you get

things under control. One thing I did to help him

understand was to e-mail him the symptoms and problems

LS causes...a document that I found on a med site.

That seemed to help a little.

You will be in my thoughts...try the Emu oil...

Hugs,

Ami
