Guest guest
Your chest pain sounds much like my pre-PSC diagnosis symptoms (biliary colic - see http://www.emedicine.com/med/TOPIC224.HTM). They also saw different things each UC/MRI/CT with my gallbladder. The only constant was that it was 3x oversize, and never had any stones (but sometimes polyps, sometimes not). Have you had a HIDA scan? That was the final reason to remove it - clearly wasn't responding to signals, and was mostly serving as a reservoir for bacteria. No polyps were found on post-removal examination. Hopefully someone else will respond on the gallstone question - outside of my experience, and I really don't have obstetric cholestasis experience . Sorry, not much help.
