Hi! I'm sorry you have to be here, but glad you found us. :) I just got my

diagnosis around two years ago and remember feeling relived to have a name for

what's wrong with me, but scared and clueless as to what exactly to expect from

a life with PSC. This group has been a true godsend for me and my family.

As some others have answered, PSC is very individual and can vary widely from

PSC patient to PSC patient. That being said, we have a great, friendly and

diverse group here who, I'm sure, would be more than willing to answer any

questions or concerns you might have. Please don't feel shy or alone and please

feel free to ask away!

If you are interested in chatting with other PSCers in their 20s and 30s, we've

started a Facebook site as a way to communicate with others who share the same

concerns. Much like this site, we encourage people to ask questions, develop

friendships, get answers, share news, etc. We also try to talk about things

relevant to our age group like dating, working, drinking, how to tell someone

you have PSC, etc. If you don't have a Facebook account, it's free and easy.

You just need to go to www.Facebook.com and follow the prompts to set up an

account. From there, you can either contact me (Sandi Pearlman) or search PSC

Partners and the site should come up.

Welcome, again, and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

Wishing you all the best! :)

Hi Sandi,Sounds like some of the concerns of the 20 & 30 year old group can be the concerns of older folks as well, i.e. dating, working & when to tell people you have PSC. I may look for you on Facebook.Marie
