Hello,

We're at MGH. It's about 11:30 and Colleen is in pre-op. Surgery is slated to start around noon. It's going to last about 5 hrs and then there's 2-3 hrs in recovery until I can see her again. I'm in the family waiting room and they'll notify me once surgery has started. Colleen was naturally apprehensive heading in but in good spirits.

I'll post any new news as soon as I can.

Thanks for posting Colleen's updates. I was unable to get to her caring bridge site.
