Guest guest
Ken is back in his room, the stent is in. We were so relieved this morning to hear the doctor (head of Interventional Radiology) everyone raves about (and we requested) was actually going to do the procedure. He had been out of town and is going to retire within the month, so we were really lucky to get him. The doctor told Ken his artery was 85% blocked, not the 47% as indicated on an earlier angiogram. No doubt if Ken was made to wait much longer, things would have turned out quite differently. Who knew we'd end up being grateful for his last bout of rejection! We haven't heard how long Ken will have to stay in the hospital. But right now, all is well and Ken sleeps..... I'll update again if and when there is any news. Thank you so much for all of your prayers and well wishes,Barb & TJ
