Guest guest
Missy, I used to be able to push through about anything, one weekend in Chicago in 1998 left me in bed for 2 months--I really thought that I was going to die. So, I have to be very, very careful now. I think that if there was a reason that I got this fibro it was because I was 'too busy', when I first got this, I was going to college full time, working towards an aerobics instructor certification...taking care of my sister who had ovarian cancer, my mother was dying, my mother in law went off the deep end and tried to burn her house down (with my fatherinlaw in it -- he was in a W/C with MS) --she went to jail and eventually a mental hospital....and I had a 2 year old and a husband that worked full time. I also was a brownie troop helper, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I can't even remember anymore! I feel like I have no more tears to cry on this syndrome, I sure did cry before it had a name. I am a BIG fan of the slobsisters (and FLYlady)--I couldn't function without THE BOX for housecleaning. It really does help organize and prioritize the whole business of housecleaning, I started using the box in about 1990. It really helps with this fibro fog and those times when 'you don't know where to start' or can't get started at all...on housecleaning, it certainly reduces my stress level. -2 kmnewberry@... _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp.
