TGIF/Education Pays off...

This is even better than the VW my husband and his friends put on the roof of their high school! Who says todays kids aren't smart? At a high school in Montana a group of high schoolers played a prank on the administrators. They let three goats loose in the school, but before they let them go they painted numbers on the sides of the goats: 1, 2, and 4. Local school administrators spent most of the day looking for goat #3.

Okay...I'm rather embarrassed to admit that I know this since it means I have to

admit to watching the new 90210, but that was just one of their plot

lines...only they used pigs instead of goats!

p.s. You know you wrote your last message to the entire PSC Yahoo group, right?

:)

p.p.s. I signed up for a challah baking class this Sunday...wish me luck, I'll

need it! :)

Sandi -

I've always wanted to make challah. Please let me know if it is any more difficult than making the usual white or wheat (other than braiding - which I am good at with hair!).

Take care!
