Guest guest
Hi Everyone I Hope you all are fine. I'm wondering if anyone is there knowing any information that might come in handy to gain weight again to normal. Before my surgery in 2005 I was fit and muscled but at hospital for my whipple and cholecytectomy surgeries when I was 16 y/o caused to lose about 30-40 pounds. Now I weigh 120-125 pound and 5.7 foot tall. I took this chance to eat up 3 main meals a day but no appetite at all for more meals though soft beer could help me when I've no appetite at all. Recently I was on carbohyrate diet but didn't work out shockingly. besides, daily 15mg sachets of V.M Protein didn't help me either. I haven't had chance for regular exercise yet, but I'm intending to start in Novemver. My Problems: - Sleeping disorders; I really don't know why I can't sleep enough. - Chewing; I'm a slow and long chewer, I've heard that would help for obesity to lose the appetite by this means. - Pickiness; I don't like any foods sometimes. Please leave me any of your comments. God Bless you Melvyn Massoumi G. 20 y/o PSC Tehran, Iran
