If you are getting peaks and troughs on 6 times a day you are not

taking enough T3

I would recommend going " T3 only " .

Cut the T4 out, stay at the existing dose of T3 for a week and

increase when you feel hypo.

You may then find it easier to either take straight T3 several times a

day or add some straight to the SR

You will need to check ferritin and adrenal function though
