Guest guest
My husband talked to his transplant coordinator this evening. The transplant team along with the surgeon they're wanting to do his colectomy had a meeting today. They are convinced with his current symptoms that they're ready to move forward with the transplant process. They're waiting to get the slides from his colonoscopy from his former GI doctor so we know if it's impairative for him to have the colectomy BEFORE he goes on the waiting list or not. We knew it was heading this direction and are at peace with it as possible. Please keep us in your thoughts, prayers, or whatever. So what should we expect from t his next phase of life?
