I've had bronchitis (30+ years ago) and asthma (10 years ago), but not pleurisy. Guest guest Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 I've had Pleuresy....was dx with it last July. Very very painful. Feels like someone is sticking a knife into you. I have been told that it was not uncommon for someone with liver disease to get it, but it isn't your routine thing.
