CCA screening - how often should it be done?

Hi all,My hepatologist asked me what was said at the PSC conference regarding how often to do cholangiocarcinoma screening. I blanked, and couldn't remember. Is this once a year? If so, I'll e-mail him and let him know. I know the brushings and FISH test are the best, but he's reluctant to do the ERCP.Marie
