Guest guest
I have been a member for almost a year, but I don't post that often. By accident (I used it on an itchy wrist when I couldn't locate my hand lotion in my purse), I found that Carmex helps relieve itching. It's about $1.50, and is found in the lip gloss/cough drop aisle of every drugstore. And it's so small that you can carry it everywhere. It doesn't smell pretty, but it helps! I told my gi at my last appointment the other day and he seemed really interested. Also, exfoliating once a week an area that is really itchy, using a thin layer of Vaseline, then rubbing tea leaves from a cut open tea bag, then washing off and covering with Vaseline, or more Carmex, also helps somewhat. Especially with helping a really itchy area look less like a scar and more like your skin. I hope that this helps everybody else. Let me know.
