When I was in the UW hospital last week my nurse told me when I got pain in my back (right on the area where my bra back goes) or in my RUQ to dirnk a glass of hot water....she said the hot water makes bile run and tonight I had pain and I did just that.....really works.......

I have a feeling most of the time in my RUQ that feel like I am carrying a brick in there.....that is the way I describe my pain....

figured it was sludge that

made me hurt like that. I have noticed it is better now that I am taking urso

again.
