The longest liver is 31 years!!!! The longest double lung (so far) being 17 years. That makes me feel hopeful for . Sounds a lot better than seeing that the 5 year graft survival rate for double lung transplant is only 48.6%, and patient survival is only 50.3%. I don't much care for those odds.
