What does 'Adrenal Support' Mean?

Hi All,

Has anyone any advice on non prescription adrenal support?

As I understand it, Cortef is a prescription drug, but is it simply

the hormone cortisol, or does this drug support the adrenal glands to

produce their own cortisol?

I am reluctant to start messing around with steroid hormones and would

rather supplement adrenal supporting agents if possible.

I already supplement with Vit C (8-12 grams per day), E (1000iu per

day) and B complex.

Any advice would be great.
