Guest guest
Loose the Training Wheel is an organization that teach kids with special needs how to ride. Unfortunately, they don't have representatives in South Florida yet but they do offer services in several other states.Below is the announcement from the camp my son attended last summer in Arlington County, Virginia. We chose Arlington, as we are lucky to have family in the DC area.Link => http://www.arlingtonva.us/departments/parksrecreation/scripts/assistance/page81653.aspx And if looking for bike camps in other states than VA, visit LOOSE THE TRAINING WHEELS' Web site schedule for 2012 to sign up early.Main page link: http://www.losethetrainingwheels.org/ Schedule Link => http://www.losethetrainingwheels.org/schedules.html The key if interested is to sign up your child THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE to those camps. They fill out in a jiffy. I had signed up my son in March 2011 for the August 2011 camp. Cost for camp is about $265 to $280 (depending on the areas and states) for 5 daily 75-minute sessions. But worth it if one can afford it. My son, who was always worried, is a full rider now.
