I now have received and read Dr. Gottscall's book, and also reviewing

other material I've downloaded from the net.

In one place, Dr.Gottschall indicates that black tea is OK,

but not decaffeinated because of potential unknown ingredients used

in the decaffeinating process. I note that in the book, the

sasmple menus include Coffee or herbal tea only. Why the exclusion?
