Guest guest
Was reading post about hives. And it sounded bizarre, but I tried it... for massively dry skin, I'm actually using virgin coconut oil. My skin really does absorb it. Being an AZ native with fair skin, I do use sunscreen, but I don't use any of the colored products and my face gets stuff from the dermatologist. One group is saying coconut oil is natural sunscreen as well.... I'll do a patch test on my forearm later in the spring. I'm thankful I never did the iodine/baby oil baste the body (you have to be old to remember that " tanning " products) A lot of words to say, for dry skin, try the coconut oil, it's better on my hands than any expensive stuff I've found. It goes on really greasy and does completely absorb for me. kc in AZ
Guest guest
I did not know that Val. I will have to check that out. My family spends a lot of the summer camping & boating in the Texas sun. What would you suggest as an alternative to sunscreen for the toddlers?
