Hi Nick. Thanks for your response. I'm actually not currently on any thyroid meds as I tried twice to get on but both tries were unsuccessful. I've been told that I could use HC and that I have an RT3 issues and low ferritin. I decided to start getting my ferritin up while deciding whether or not to start HC. I was feeling more energetic, but now I'm having these heart pains and what feel like palps I think particularly after having the iron supplements. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on and what I need to do next. Here are my thyroid labs from about a month ago if this helps. Could these heart symptoms be from being hypo. I had the dry eye thing for the first time in a while tonight. I've got Hashi's fyi.  I think I was thinking that maybe I would be getting better so I wouldn't need to proceed with the HC, but my symptoms seem to fluctuate quite a bit which may just point more toward starting HC. Thanks so much

Could be, in which case temporarily lowering T3 a little may help
