temp low after taking iodine

I've been taking iodoral 12.5 for past week or so, and then recently upped the

dose to 50mg. Now today I suddenly felt extremely cold. I checked my temp and

it's 95 degrees.

Also normally I require 20mg of hydrocortisone/day and now I get by with none.

normally my temp is 98.2 I'm not sure what's going on. I have been taking

10-20mcg T3 slow release/day.

I am on LDN 4.5mg and have been for 8 months, so any autoimmunities should be in

check.

What's goin on here?
