Guest guest
Colleen, I must be some sort of crackpot if that what believing in fermented foods makes you! I've posted this before, but there is a non-profit group that promotes fermented foods, cod liver oil, coconut oil and other healthful foods at http://www.westonaprice.org/ . I got my recipes from a book they put out called Nourishing Traditions. You might not agree with everything they say, but you probably will agree with a lot of it and may even learn a couple of things. My baby is in the hospital right now and I am with her so I will get the recipes for you and Arman when we get out (I'm not sure when that will be). Guest guest
-- Pretty much everyone I know thinks I am a crackpot -- I cloth diaper, I recycle to the nth degree, etc., etc. Anyway, I know the site well! Take care of your baby -- no rush on the recipes. Colleen .. Guest guest
Colleen, I thought you might know about it but I didn't want to assume you did. I am on the same page with you as far as cloth diapering, etc. are concerned. Actually carrying all that out with our family situation is tough, but I do what I can. We had a dairy cow and chickens until last Fall but sold them when Pearl Ann got sick. Do you only have PSC or do you have IBD as well? If you have IBD, what in the WAPF have you found to be helpful and what isn't helpful?
