Guest guest
I think someone mentioned Brazil nuts as a great source for selenium. Cherie Experience: that most brutal of teachers. Guest guest
I have not found a trace mineral supplement without iodine. So I take minerals separately, or use a small amount of fresh water diatomaceous earth. I tried to get details of iodine content of Concentrace, but it isn't listed on the website, and to ask questions of the company creating as account is necessary. You might like to do that, and ask. sol wrote: > Slightly Off topic.... > My 2o month old is deficient in some areas and I need a recommendation > for a good trace mineral supplement without iodine, as she is high in > iodine.
