Guest guest
I've tried unsuccessfully to stop the heart pounding. October will be 3 straight years. I am thinking about a beta blocker but my doctor said it's just a band aid and he won't prescribe it. Can someone share their experience with this? Once you start a beta blocker, is it likely permanent?

My pulse is less strong on T3 only, I assume that represents lower blood pressure.
