Ok folks...

So I just found this website and am SO confused.

It reads:

Factors That Cause an Inability to Convert T4 to T3

> Nutrient Deficiencies

- Chromium

- Copper

- Iodine

- Iron

- Selenium

- Zinc

- Vitamin A

- Vitamin B2

- Vitamin B6

- Vitamin B12

Are you serious? How could SELENIUM inhibit T4 conversion? I've read a million

articles about how selenium is NEEDED for Hashi's patients like myself. And

B-vitamins??? COME ON! We need that for energy!!! The zinc I also have

questions about...

anyone there have any knowledge on this?
