Guest guest
, I keep reading posts on adrenal support. Is there a list of what to do/take for adrenal support? What are the basics, is what I'm asking? Something concise and easy to understand and act upon. My head is spinning from all this info (so much of it seeming contradictory and just plain scary) and I can't pull it together. My brain fog (severe neurotoxicity is very bad for 30 years) and I am desperate to start taking SOME positive steps, but am totally LOST as to what to do first. I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction or being helped in the way that's most simple. Anyone who has a " to do " list so I know what steps to take first, it would be much appreciated. Thanks! : Donna > wrote: >I think it is useful to distinguish these because different >treatments would be appropriate for each. The common element >would be adrenal support. Guest guest
Hi Donna For so many years I felt the same brain fog like you. I felt poisoned for decades and didn't know what it was. Until I discovered Dr H and then Dr Cutlers work. I've been chelating for about 16 months. Dean SA put the following page together that really helped me SO much. Have a look at it and hopefully it can help you too.
