Guest guest
Has anyone else noticed that there is 1 mg of ALA in Emergen-C -- the fizzy Vitamin C packets commonly available in the US? I've been taking this stuff every morning for years. How damaging do you think this has been, at this low dosage? I wanted to warn others here about this incase you are using it for your drinkable vitamin C. I don't know if all the various forms of it contain ALA (mine is cranberry), but it just goes to show -- you have to check everything you take, no matter how unlikely.
