Guest guest
Ok, if your ferritin is low, which I won't know for a week or so...tests today, but you are taking an iron supplement, can you start on the Cytomel? I thought Nick said you could do that simultaneously. Because I am so tired....I want to start as soon as possible working on this thyroid issue. I'm really desperate! I've retested t3, ft3, ft4, and rt3 as well as ferritin today. Waiting for results. 3 weeks ago my ratio was 10.78 rt3/ft3, which ain't so hot! I'm on NO thyroid right now, and dragging like crazy to get through days. I just want to lie down. Do you have to have iron IVs? Which I have no idea where to get? Can you just supplement iron? Anyone please help!

Guest guest
I know what you mean, waiting sucks! Did you order Cnyomel from Mexico? I live in the upper west corner of Montana and it got to me in ten days! I was really surprised how fast it got here. Try to be patient, good things will come! Guest guest
Suzanne, I'm in Texas, so maybe it won't be too long, either. I ordered it last Thursday. Is the Cytomel working for you? I hear some people on the STTM forum saying that they don't like Cytomel. I just want something to work! This is so frustrating! Guest guest
Sorry, not Suzanne but I did want to say that I have been on Cytomel for over a year now and I DO like it. I lost weight and saw many changes for the better. However, if your adrenals or ferritin levels are not up to par, you may have problems with it. I tried SRT3 first and felt awful on it. Cytomel made a big difference for me.Venizia From: Suzanne Kann <kannsuzanne@ rocketmail. com>Subject: Re: Important! Guest guest
Yes, I think the Cynomel is working. I lost part of my eyebrow and that is growing back fast. I don't feel great, not back to running, which is frustrating. I just found out I have some cortisol issues so I believe that is what is holding me back from being 100% I believe the t3 is the right med for me right now. Once you get everything in place I think you will feel better just knowing you are heading in the right direction. Keep me posted about when your t3 arrives. My ferritn was low when I started this process. I was able to get it up fast with 65mg elemental iron (Ferrous sulphate) three times a day with an emergency vit. c drink. It went from low 20's to mid 60's in less than six weeks. S To: RT3_T3 Sent: Wed, June 2, 2010 2:34:44 PMSubject: Re: Important! Please help! Guest guest
I just thought I would add my two cents worth regarding length of time for Cynomel to arrive. Mine took 32 days from day of order to my door. I live in MN. I was quite worried it wouldn't make it before I ran out but it arrived in time. I think I will make another order right away, so that I have plenty on hand. Kris > > > >From: Suzanne Kann <kannsuzanne@ rocketmail. com> > >Subject: Re: Important! Guest guest
Ouch, that stinks, Kris! I hope mine doesn't take THAT long. Maybe they were low or having to make more? Hoping my doctor will go ahead and prescribe it as soon as my rt3/ft3/ft4 numbers come in. But I ordered the Cynomel last week. I think if she doesn't prescribe, as soon as I get it in, I will reorder for next time if that be the case! Ugh! > > > > > > >From: Suzanne Kann <kannsuzanne@ rocketmail. com> > > >Subject: Re: Important!
