Guest guest
GI Health Progurt label says use 1/8 teaspoon of starter powder for 2 quarts of yogurt. I'm making 1 quart, which means, what, 1/16 teaspoon of starter, an amount hard to measure exactly. Probably a nitpicky question, but how important is it to have exact measurement of starter? Will a little less or more make a difference? tom ibs
