Guest guest
Hi Val and Nick, I have posted my cortisol saliva test results several times but my post always gets lost, so please forgive me if these numbers look familiar. I just really need an answer. Background info: my ratio was 12, I have been taking ERFA 90 mg for three months, my ferritin is 100. Morning-7.9 range 3.7-9.5 Noon-1.2 range 1.2-3.0 Evening-.8 range .6-1.9 Night-.4 range.4-1.0 I started my T3 only (Cynomel) 8 days ago. I was taking 12.5 in the morning, at 10:00 and 3:00 with 6.25 as the light goes out at night. Yesterday day 7, since my temps were averaging above 98.0 I increased to 12.5 four times a day with the bedtime dose staying the same. This afternoon after my third dose of T3 I took my temperature and I am at 97.4 the lowest I have been in a week or more. My pulse is low (66), my blood pressure is fine 111/80 (a little high for me but not bad) I feel okay although I am sweating more than normal even without feeling hot and I may feel lethargic but it is raining, so who knows. Should I drop back the dosage or increase to a dose that would be closer to 75mcg? I was taking Isocort at a low dose but weaned off that several days ago because several people with similar numbers were told they didn’t need Isocort. Now I see some being advised to take phosphatidyl serine and Rhodiola. It would seem my midday is the worst time by the saliva test and by how I feel. Sleep is fine although I consistently wake up at 4:30 and I have a sinus headache when I wake up. As soon as I get up that goes away. I think that is all the information I can provide at present but I would appreciate some advice.
