men need more HC than woman?

I remember seeing somewhere that men need more HC than woman. Can

someone tell me what amount works for men in most cases as compared to

the 20 MG i have read about for woman??

Well actually I have not seen 20MG work for alot of women! I think most

seem to be in the 30MG range and men 40mg. but it is still best to work

up slowl;y and graph temps as you go so you only take JUST what you need

and no higher.
