As the active ingredient in Isocort is CORTISOL the same as HC the same

rules apply. But you can also add to HC dosing wiht OTC 1% HC creams.

With just being able to tolerate thyroid meds oyu may need a bit more.

What has happened is while off the htyruid meds you were able ot buid

some adrenal reserves, btu these may quickly dissipate if on too low a

dose of cortils and the thyroi dreacitons may return if not on enough

cortiosl.
