Guest guest
That is a WONDERFUL suggestion! Being new to this, I need all the help I can get and appreciate it so much. My diet has become so plain in order to avoid the pain! J I have several links of information that my chiropractor (trying to help with hiatal hernia) and kineseologist have been fascinated with and one is an MD that said most MD’s mis-diagnose this and people suffer for a long time before the problems are discovered. If anyone cares to have the links sent to see if they might be helpful I would be glad to send them privately. I’m not certain if I should take up a lot of email space to send them to the group? Please let me know. I know in the last 3 months I have been at the emergency care over 6 times, and several days staying in the hospital for tests, besides all the specialists, and most simply had no clue. Only the Lord led me to the Vegas Nerve/Hiatial Hernia syndrome via the internet and I think my family is finally seeing the ‘light’ and possibilities of healing from an alternative, natural standpoint. Thank you all. I am learning so much! Ann
Guest guest
I think having a What did you eat today posting is a GREAT idea!!!! I know I am looking for more variety. Count me in (for my daughter) breakfast: eggs, toasted French toast bread, yogurt with bananna, bacon lunch: chicken soup, fruit, cashews, bananna muffin, carrots, celery dinner: grilled cheese sandwich, fruit > > Is anyone interested in posting what they eat on a daily basis (or at least when you remember)? I need ideas. > > Rules could be: 1) Subject line must be " What I ate today " ; 2) Info must only include what you ate - no other topics; 3) If someone has a question about a " What I ate today " post, they must ask under a new subject line. (For example, if someone wants a recipe after viewing a post from " What I ate today, " then they would repost their question with a new subject line that says, " Recipe wanted for (fill in the blank). " If anyone wants to skip the entire " What I ate today " in the digest, they can skip it without fear of missing a topic of interest as long as the subject line is " What I ate today " and people only post what they ate that day and no more. > > Any thoughts on this? > > Thanks, > > Michele > > P.S. Here's what I ate today: > > Breakfast: None > Lunch: Vegetables with Cheddar Bacon Ranch dip (allrecipes.com adapted to be legal), portabello " pizzas " (thanks to a recent post), cherries > Dinner: Garlic stuffed pork loin, white beans, acorn squash w/ cinammon, honey, and butter > Snack: Banana yogurt smoothie >
