Well the new doctor I went to who I liked alot

told me to use 2 grams once a week and dab

a small amount on me externally. I was

not comfortalbe using 2 grams of estrace so

I called back and asked if I could use the

vagifem and just use a small amount of estrace

once a week externally. The vagifem is delivered

in such a way as to have almost no absorption into the body. I was just worried that once a week externally

was not enough, however, I guess if the doctor

felt I needed more externally he would have said so,

but I like to investigate for myself, and I

am the one who is monitoring the situation. Thanks
