I tried LDN for about 2 months and gave up. Just did not help me. I wanted

that to work so much. If there was going to be a placebo effect it would have

been with LDN. That is how much I was hoping. Now I'm trying SCD, but I am

also tapering off Pred (on 25 now). I'm on SCD for 3 weeks, but getting

slightly worse as the Pred tapers.
